Where is the choke for a ka24de on my 240sx?
Where is the choke for a ka24de on my 240sx?
because my 240sx wont accelerate at all, even when on neutral or on park (its automatic) it will rev up really slowly but wont pass 2000 rpms. im guessing it could be the choke or the something else?

Your car doesn't have a choke.
I had this issue with a KA we rebuilt, but I can't recall what it turned out to be - I'll let the experts chime in.

oh i thought it would have one but i guess not lol, but i swapped out the engine on my 91 240sx from a 95 240sx, and i have been having that problem, maybe it could be the timing or something

isnt the "wont rev past 2000" issue a MAF issue? you could probabably search for MAF problems for more info.

i had a problem similar to this but my revs went to about 4k my problem was a clogged injector

no such thing as a choke on a f/i motor, sorry buddy, check your maf

my car is kinda acting the same way right now.
my car will not start when it is at normal temps. only when it is cold it will start.
advice?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
