Well if you route it back to the to before the throttle body, then you wouldn't need a BLOV do you? The main purpose of the BLOV is to release the pressure inside the hotpipe, intercooler, and all piping before the thorttle body so that it does not return to the turbo to stop it instantly (turbo surge). If you route it back to before the throttle body, the pressure goes right back into the same place it just came from, so in turn, the only other place it can go is back to the turbo. The reason why it's route back to after the mafs and before the turbo is because the pressurized air from the blov goes into an area where air is always drawn in or always 0 to negative vac, never positive. Not sure if you understand but DO NOT ROUTE IT BACK to before the throttle body, if you do so, you'll have a whole new meaning to busted turbo.
