where is my pcv? sorry for newb question.

I got a PCV from everything nissan, but I can't find the damn thing on my engine. Sorry, but I don't have a book I can refer to, and this is my first Nissan. Could someone tell me where to look? Is it in that hose connecting to the intake from the left side of the valve cover? Thanks. PEACE. Tek.

What motor do you have? If it is the stock 240sx motor then yes that is it! It should be a bent elbow, prolly black coming out of the valve cover.

Thanks. The odd thing is though, that it's not bent. So I was confused. Yes, it's an SOHC. Also I'm wondering why there is oil all over the outside of the intake pipe. The two vacuum lines that connect at the bend in the intake pipe have oil on them and oil around the outside of the fitting. Why would oil be coming out of there, or collecting there from some other source. Do you know? Thanks. PEACE. Tek.

Now that I am not sure. If you had turbo the oil would be from the turbo oil lines but because of the NA motor i am not sure how it would get there. Sorry

Hey, think a DOHC header will fit on a SOHC. PEACE. Tek.

it should, the actual heads and stuff are interchangeable, so ive heard on this forum, so they should bolt up too!

Thought so, but I wasn't sure. Not too much stuff is offered for the SOHC. Guess it's good though, I can't afford a swap, and I SHOULDN'T be modifying this one, so it works out. We'll see. Thanks. PEACE. Tek.
