Where is my ECU

yes i saw the sticky, but what does behind the kick panel mean? I tore aprt the right side of the foot well, directly underneath my glove box and the back carpeted wall by rolling back the carpet and i cant find this mystical box with the LED light and little screw thingy.

so yeah if anyone can give me exact directions to it, measurements if possible, that would be very very helpful

the Kick panel is to the right.Lets say you stretch your legs on the passenger side.Turn your foot to the right.Your toe would hit the Kick panel

i got in there and found a grey box with a whole mess of wires going into it under the plastic thingy. it says like ECS or somthing on it. should i unscrew that and open it up or somthing? or does the face of it come off?

You have to unmount that gray box , Not open it up.If you look there is two bolts holding the assy down.After its loose carefully rotate it around and the stuff you want is on the back. Opposite side of where the wiring harness attaches.
