Actually, Friday and Saturday nights are typically our slowest times if you look at our traffic statistics.

<---- Geek. :(

p.s. Bart, check out the twin to your car on ebay - tell me what you think it's worth. It's about 18 miles from my house.

she looks to be in great shape. and with less than 100K on the odometer, it could be worth it. I think the 94's blue booked around 5500-6000, so 3500 sounds like a good price. I would go check it out first though, since it's so close to you.

you can talk them down. It is a 10 year old car after all.

What's that unit above the air box? Is it some weird KA thing? Cause my car doesn't have that

i wouldn't go for it then. the car looks in mint condition aside from discolored seats and the tint bubble on the driver side. I would buy it if I wanted a car that I didn't want to upgrade.

If you want a vert for around 3K, look for one that needs a bit of work. Just avoid any that have top damage. That can run almost 1000 to replace

Weekends are painfully slow on NICO... it pains me, as weekends are when I can spend the most time here amongst working on homework, not-so-nice weather (this weekend at least, though it's a little better this morning), and women, who are perpetually changing from nice to *****y. Women have recently joined the list of bains of my existence, along with pedals that your foot slips on, natural aspiration, FWD, and money to fix those problems.

I have another one to add to your list. Automatic transmissions.

edit: Oh and randomly leaking brake systems.

--Ahh nico...making my car work longer since 2003.

Don't have an auto :D, so it can't go on my list...Wait! Yes, it can! My friend is in possession of a '65 'stang, tis auto...My brake system is on my list too... I have random ABS. Some days I hit the brakes and I can go almost as hard as I want and they don't lock (which, in the case of tires, is a good thing). Other days, I hit the brakes and send a cloud of tiresmoke in the air... GAR!

Actually, I'm not sure I have ABS at all, it was an option and I can't seem to find out whether I do. My gauge cluster has an ABS thing in the light cluster, but it never comes on, even when I first start the car. If I do, it's a sign that my ABS is happily churning along, if not... well... it explains a lot.

Anyways, even screwy brakes and auto 'stangs are no match for women... GAR!

check to see if your MC has two or three lines off of it (two lines usually indicates ABS because the ABS unit will split the front brake lines for you). Plus, those lines will route through a box located (hopefully) in the engine bay before they go to the brakes

Where would I find the MC? I have guesses, but I figure I'll ask first.

look in the engine bay, and it'll be on the driver side. it's the master cylinder (MC). Should be attached to a big black circular thing which is attached to the firewall.

EDIT: 1627th post! woo!

Right where I figured. I'll take a look later and relate my findings.
