Where is ECU on '95 250SX (newbie)

Pardon the dumb question from a newbie.

Where exactly is the ECU on a '95 240SX.

I checked the FAQ at 240SX.org and it states that is is under the right side (passenger) kick panel.

I took some pics of what I think is the ECU.







Is this the ECU?

If I understand correctly, I need to remove this unit and turn it over to get to the ECU where I can retrieve and erase ECU codes?

I always thought close only counted in Hydrogen Bombs, Horse Shoes and Hand Grenades
