where inline do i put an oil cooler?

ok i have a remote mount oil filter on my rb26. its really hot here in florida and i want to put an oil cooler on my ride to help with engine temps. now where inline do i mount the cooler.

between the hose coming from the engine to the filteror

from the filter to the engine?

or does it matter?thanks,paul

ive always done it like this

pump > cooler > filter > engine

filter should be the last thing before it enters the engine because it gives less of a chance of contamination.
