I think he meant the top of Carl's post. The FPR should be at the front of the fuel rail, and depending on the iteration of your RB20, you may have a another thing at the rear that looks just like an FPR but is something goofy like a pulse dampener or some such crap.
FPR is on the return side. If you need to know what it looks like (wtf are you doing swapping an engine, firstly), look through our sponsors for the Nismo Adjustbale FPR as it looks pretty much identical to stock and should bolt right in place.
