where does this wire go?

sorry for the crappy pic.you can see the braided ground that goes from the firewall to the back of the head on the right. on the left, im wondering about the black wire(s) that go into the harness(2 wires use the one eyelet). so, where do bolt this wire to? firewall or head?

i know the braided ground goes from the back of head to the firewall. im asking about the black wire coming from the harness.
