Where does this part go

I have been replacing the timing chain and broken guides on a 98 altima. Now I am getting things almost buttoned up. I have a bracket....only I cant figure out where it goes. It is my sons car, and we were working together. Any help would be great.

98 Altima has the KA24DE motor if I'm not mistaken. We just did the timing chain on my brother's 240sx... I will double check with him about this bracket. He will remember better than I will. Thanks, I actually went to ebay and found a picture of an engine. Seems it goes to the power steering pump. Hope to have it back on the raod again by Saturday afternoon.
