I have a 91 240sx and as you can see I have a a mess of wiring from the previous owner.I have searched the FSM and Wiring Diagrams with no luck.Wiring diagram: http://img169.imageshack.us/im...9.jpg

First, I have no clue what goes to this plug on the HVAC(Wires: Brown/white * Green/Yellow)... in the FSM it calls it a "Full cold switch"

Second, My main problem I am trying to diagnose is when I turn the blower speed to max (1-4; 4 is max) is that the 10ga pink wire coming from the Push Control Unit starts getting incredibly hot and starts melting and producing smoke(short?). I traced the wires back and there are no cuts, wire seems fine. Brand new Blower Relay and blower motor resistor... so I am still stumped which brings me to this "Full cold switch" is this supposed to be plugged somewhere?

Speeds 1-3 work perfectly fine, wires don't get hot or anything.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!-Kris
