Where does this go? Urgent!!

I'm in the process of rebuilding my KA24DE, and I'm wondering where this goes... I know it is associated with the head..but maybe i'm just paranoid.

Can someone please tell me where this little object goes?

did you take the timing cover off

It looks like the seal for the oil passage in between the timing cover and block.Did it come in a gasket set?

on your first pic right there where the timing chain is

my bad i didnt finish that looks like the same piece in the first pic by the timing chain i have a 24e and a piece came in timing chain kit that looks like that

its the gasket for the oil passage on the front timing chain cover.

That's a headbolt hole.

lol i jsu tthought it was that becuase of the light discoloration on the block you can see. i guess that means the other one thats circled is a head bolt hole too then.
