Where does this go?(starter)

I have a bracket for the starter negative clip and to hold the transmission cable
Its been so long since I finally putting everything back, i don’t remember where it mounts
Any ideas?

One of the larger hole goes onto one of the starter studs/bolt, IIRC the upper one. Bracket is used to hold the starter solenoid cable connector and transmission harness.
Do not have a pic of it mounted, but only goes one way near the oil filter.
