Where does this connector go?

On my TT, there is a 4 pin square connector that is ran next to the passenger strut wiring. Where should this plug go?

I think its the Cruise Control

That would make sense because it's currently out of the car. I'll check it out to see

Hard to know for sure but I agree, not much else there except larger connectors/harness for O2 and EGR.
