Probably not, my rate is CREO 3, which mean its completely locked. Only about 3% make it per cycle. Which is why I have only advance 1 rank in the last 3 and a half years.

You guys get advance based on time?

up until e4 and e5 is avialible 1yr after you put on e4 but no one usually makes it the first time so thats why i said 2 yrs

whoa, we get advance based on a figure thats created from our work evaluation, time in rate, and a 200 question test score. Then they add all those up, if your score passes the base number they set for advancement you advance. The base number fluctuates every test cycle, and it only allows a small amount of people to pass per cycle. It took me 3 times to make E4, and I just took my E5 test for the 2nd time
