I'm a firm believer in bringing cars back.
I rescued my 1991 Miata from a slow, tortured death in the hands of a hoodlum (I got it from the ghetto - East Palo Alto).
I can't shake the feeling that the Miata is happy to get a second chance at life, and to be driven the way it deserves. Makes me happy in turn.
Outside of emotional attachments thought it might not make much financial sense.
"M" package Miata's can be bought for as low as ~$4,000.
