Where do these wires go?!

So basically I just bought the entire interior of the car over the past 2 days, and now that I have everything in place I started to gut the car and replace the wire harness from the driver's side pillar > back. There's a couple wires in the harness that have me a little confused, there's 3 blue/red, and 3 red/black. I'm thinking that these should all do the same thing so it shouldn't matter which ones they go to, but I'm not sure, does anyone have experience with this? Any help would be appreciated because this is my 1 day off to do some work on the car, and my running lights/dash lights/interior lights have not been working since i brought her home.

Those are mostly for the tail lights. I know the Blue/Red (It's actually Light Blue/Red, it's designated as L/R in the FSM) is for the running lights.
