Where do these intake lines go?

Hi folks, Search was broken, so I'm hoping someone won't mind helping me out here. I'm slated to put my DE back in next week, but I'm just making sure I have all the small stuff taken care of first.

There are two connections on the stock intake tube that I am not sure of. This is on the end near the throttle body. There are two different sized plastic connections side by side... I know where those go(to the IACV, rear of the intake mani, and to the vacuum galley). The two I am unsure of are on the same end:

One, a very large one, is on the bottom side of the intake tube. The second, is on the rubber 'vibration' coupling. I *think* this one goes to the valve cover, but since I'v lost the hose, I'm not sure.

I suspect the larger one might be for the AC, but I'v removed all my AC stuff, so again I'm unsure.

Thanks greatly, no hurry.-Jamie

Ok, search is back. Phew.

So this larger hookup is *another* resonator?! Sheesh. I'm having a hard time finding out where the heck it bolts up! It has to sit somewhere near the front passenger-side, but I don't see where it goes...

Hrm... Any suggestions for blocking that plastic hole off(that's not gheto)?

I really wish the FSM would show things like this...

Thx for listening to my ramblings...

take the plastic intake tube off the car so its easy to work with. bevel the inside edge of that big hole. find a piece of plastic that you can cut with some tin snips. cut the plastic the same size as the hole. bevel this on one side. acquire super glue and silicone sealent. carefully glue your hole cover to the hole (this is why the edges are beveled). after drying use your silicone to double seal the joint.

me, i just duck taped the hell out of it and sprayed it black. getto with style.

lol...gheto w/style. I was going to go to the hardware store and buy a metal plug of some sorts, but that would take effort. I cut the hose to about a 2.5" lenght, then jammed a pepsi bottle cap in. Used some gasket maker to seal up any air, and the original clamps to hold it shut. I can't seem to blow any air through it, so it's fine by me.

Thx for the response eddie, the less clutter the better IMO.
