where do the fuel lines go

ok i feel really stupid here, but i pulled both fuel lines off my 94 q45 and can't remember which hose goes to what side. i have it so the fuel filter line is going to the left hard line when looking at it from passengers side. is that right?

If I remember, the forward one is supply, the rearward one is return. The FSM is invaluable for even trivial procedures.

Brian is right... front one is the supply (hose with fuel filter), rear one is the return. And the camera suggestion really is a good one. It helps fill in the gaps where the FSM leaves off on a major overhaul.
