I understand that I have to disable the fuel pump (via fuse), then create a loop in the fuel rail and run the car for 15 minutes on the flush fluid. Where do I tap into the rail, and how do I create the loop. I work at a dealership, and will have the help of techs and the necessary flushing equipment.

Infiniti of Beaverton? Eric should be able to help you.

There are several posts on this, best to search on rail flush or posts by Q45tech to get it right (and learn something). Good luck.

The fuel rail has an inlet and an outlet. Doesn't matter which one you plumb into with the flush, but pinch off the other line. This leave the 2 ends that trail back to the tank. If you pull the fuel pump fuse you don't need to loop these, but best to cap or pinch them off to prevent gas leaks while you run the engine.

If my dealership does not offer a "fuel rail flush", where else can I go? Are there any national chains that specialize on fuel rail flush (i.e. jiffy lube, sears, etc.)?

Go to the http://www.bgprod.com site and find a dealer that offers the service.

Don't trust the website, but call to confirm first that the desired service is still offered.
