i opened up the door on this one... ok.. im gonna buy my FMIC core from Johnyracecar.com. I was gonna get the new 8 inch core , low dolla budget core and make my own pipes.

I dont know what inlets i should get. Centered, rear facing or offset. The low dollar core appears to be at the bottom of the core. If im making my own pipes, it shouldn;t be hard, but is the a certain one i need because of clearance issues, or will it work? heres the one i was gonna purchase.http://www.johnnyracecar.com/

thanks.. Tim--

I have an 8" tall intercooler on mine, and the inlets/outlets are centered. It fit very well.

so im gonna get the cheap one with the bottome inlets...

heres another question, how did you guys make your piping?

I think i read about using pvc pipe, then making it in alum...

but my friend said to use some solid wire, bend that and then make the piping...

how did you guys make yours?

pvc. Relatively cheap and very easy. Then take that to a pipe bending place and give it to them as a template. DUN!
