Where do I get a new top?

Hello Vert owners,
This morning, my girlfriend walked outside to see her vert, had indeed, been robbed of. All they stole was her coin holder/coin int he center console. How petty, get a damn life. Then, she found out every one's else car was broken into on her street. They got into her car from ripping the nice, only 2 year old, top . My question is where can we get this repaired/replaced. Is it hard to do yourself or expensive? Please post up alternatives. I'm going to ask her about insurance later, but assume she has only liability.
I'm going to be talking to her about some security measures I found on a thread while searching. I couldn't find anything on this, I did search.

Most people use topsonline.com, seems to be good.

Its not easy to do yourself from what I've seen. I'd ask around at interior shops about cost of labor, probably $300 or so on labor usually. So around $600 for everything.

I have to replace mine sometime soon (tax refund hopefully).

Hmm,
Do you guys know where I can get a flashing security light? The lights that flash in the cluster bezel, I can't find anything one them.
