Tap into a heater core line then run it back into the same line after so flow stays in the same direction. Pretty easy...is your turbo a ball bearing center section??

It's stock 300zx T3. (i think 1986. It has both water & oil line)

so

this's correct? I draw a pic. ( you said tap it, so should i cut the hose between the two Tees?)

and another question. There's Two Heater line... Which one can i use? Just pick either one?

OR IS this correct?

Picture 2 is the best method. One of the lines is pressure and one is return, I don't see how it matters, But I'd use return sice it will be cooler after having passed through the heater core.

thekawaii, do you know what size the coolant holes are on the Z31 turbo? I'll be using the same turbo and need to get some fittings to hook up the coolant and I don't know what size thread it is. Also, what kind of fittings are you using? Banjo, barbed, etc?

Thanks

the problem with doing it that way is that if the heater is off, you won't get any coolant flow through the turbo.a better way is to hook up the hoses before the heater valve and tee one of the lines into the heater hose going in and tee in the other one to the heater hose going out.or just splice it in to either hose to the throttle body.
