This man speaks the truth. You'd better be prepared to research, if you can't do a little of that then you are *not* prepared to do this swap. It is quite a bit more involved and complicated than a week or so of off-and-on wrenching.
I got my RB20 from Venus, we don't have it running yet but, here's hoping it runs great. It cost me $1500 for the clip and another $750 to get it shipped, since I live in VA

Took about a week and a half or so for it to get to the VA terminal, BUT THEN the damn shipping company didn't have the equipment to get this 1400 lb. thing off the truck. So I had to rent a forklift for a day for $100. That sucked. Be prepared to deal with a bunch of bull$hit getting the clip delivered to your house.
The clip looked very clean when I got it, fairly low miles, but be prepared to deal with a dented oil pan (mine had a crater in it). I was able to get it banged out for just $15, you may not be so fortunate. Venus will work with you though, help you out with anything you need. My gauge cluster was a little busted up and they sent me another one right away (which was VERY clean, I might add

) I heard that one guy got his 2JZGTE clip and the engine was knocking or something when he fired it up, so they sent him a brand new OE longblock from Toyota
