Where did the NICO banner go?

I just realized the puke yellow NICO banner at the top of my screen has come up missing? Where did it go... it no longer follows me to the vbulletin forums? WHY? Will the 240sx.org banner be here if I come in from there?

Well, it looks better gone... I just hope it's still ok... I'd hate to see it get hurt out there all alone.

i've seen it come and go on different computers i've been on. probably a cookie problem

It just came back on!!! It's been off for like 20 mins... and now it's back. I've used these forums on 6 different computers, and never NOTICED it come and go.... but I suppose it's not something I pay attention to usually.
