Where'd u buy?

Well im really interested in getting a 240sx fastback for my first car . If i do get one im thinking of doing an engine swap to it but im not sure how much everything would cost for one. So where'd did you guys buy your engines from and how much did it cost you to get it installed or did you do it yourself? btw this is what im looking towards right now. so far im looking towards a sr20det or rb25det.

Welcome to NICO. This is the tech forum, try posting in 240sx gen.All the questions you are asking have been covered 10000000x!Search and research and then search again. The 240 you posted I think is a little too much, allthough it looks very clean. Maybe if you got it for 3500 or less.

Do you live in the us or canada? If you live in canada I would buy a silvia or 180sx because of your laws pertaining to having those cars so easily and for about whta that car is listed at. Maybe a lil more.
