Where can I purchase jack stand adapters?

Nissan is made it nearly impossible for me to do basic maintenance on my car....

Anyway, I plan on doing a tire rotation and oil+filter change in the next couple of days, but there is one thing standing in my way: jack stand adapters.

If you don't know, the Murano's jackpoints have a pinch weld and I can't place jack stands under it without it crush the pinch. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on 4 of these adapters?

There are other places where you can safely jack the vehicle up beside the "jackpoints". I believe those are designed for the mini-jack they provide anyways.

Just use a secure structural point on the frame and raise each side as equally as possible. If you are worried about stressing a point with the jack, you can just distribute the weight by using a foot-long 2"x4" or something similar on the saddle.
