where can i plug this wire

Hey guys; i need to run a wire from the fuse panel that is HOT only when the key is in the ON position.This is so the device I'm installing will NOT have power at all times thus draining my battery. I'm installing this easy to built Hydrogen Generator to improve the millage on my vehicle. I read the instruction; even though the diagram is very easy to read' I always like a second opinion..just in case!

I posting my own diagram(I aint Davinchi) on how I hooked it all up & posting the original also & also posting a pic of the fuse box for reference....any takers???

I'll try that one & the IGN SW...which i believe means ignition switch.

i have altima fans on my car and i ran my on all the time fan to the fuil pump fuse, works fine, also run a inline fuse
