where can i get touch up paint?

where can i get touch up paint? I got some scratch at the bumper, also on side door there is a very little dent . I guess it was caused by small stone. Is it possible to cover it by touch up paint? how do I use the paint and what to do after? use sand paper?

I'd go to the dealer, they sell the touch up paint and it's the same price or cheaper than that expresspaint place.
