They are made by Supermade and way too much for your budget. Something crazy like $1K.

A lot of people just buy some fog lights from Autozone or wherever and rig them up. Not the brightest, but they work.

Not sure what the housing is, but I found this on our local Nissan board. Looks like a good set-up if you can get ahold of stock flip-ups

Most people just buy the housing and do the autozone thing as others stated, but u dont even have to buy the kit, my friend bough a silvia hood and some fogs for the headlights and it looks about the same. I thought it was some ricer s*** before lol, but now that i look at it, its just 2 sick.

I dont know where you could find those exact lights. But im guessing any Slim driving lights will work just as well.

http://www.pmlights.com/produc...=1549

http://www.jcwhitney.com/Drivi...9;0;0

http://www.amazon.com/Hella-FF...IH8RU

I could keep on going but im sure you get the idea.Slim driving lights. If you dont feel like ordering online, just visit any offroad specialty store, they always have driving lights in store, just ask for the slim or ultra slim(whichever fits the slot better)

P.S Dont get the fog lights, buy driving lights...foglights as headlights FTL!

Yeah i already modified the harness and plugged in everything i could, but there are probably like 3 or 4 more plugs i don't know where they go, i need to get some pictures but they are in weird places. That and the ignitor chip has like 8 different port's on it and i only know what plugs into one of them:

I think i know where #7 goes, into the ignitor chip plug on the main engine harness, the other 7 i have no clue. Other then that just stuff i need to search i spose like bleeding the clutch and installing the BOV i don't know where all of those ports go either. I can probably do the rest(gauges, grounds, turbo timer, boost controller) if i get enough time with it, i would have much more done to it if i had internet access at the garage so i could look stuff up while i was there. My friends know even less about cars/nissans/sr20's than i do.

back to the original thread....NALI, i ordered the hellas...and some more crap...but the thought just hit me, do you think it would be possible to wire them up for high and low beam output? or should i just pick up a dinky small light(small and round) to go next to them inside the bezel to act as lowbeams?...im starting to think i wont pass inspection without a high/low function...

Well you should have told me before you wanted Low/High beam functionality, the simple solution is to get a Dual bulb Driving/Fog light combo.

The Fog bulb aims slightly lower while the driving light is aimed straight ahead. This can easily give the illusion of Low and Highbeam. And if you set the light up right will work just as well actually.

I recommend the Hella Optilux Duohttp://www.amazon.com/Hella-H7...r=1-1

or the Bluhm Dual:http://www.bluhmenterprises.co...id=78

Both are dual bulb setups with fog and driving lights in one.It can easily be said to be Low and High beam.

So that should solve your inspection problem....assuming you have one.

But if its already too late, then yeah just get some really small lights to fit next to the FF75s and use them as LowBeam

cool, happy to help man.- i'll post some pics up but trust me, shes not too pretty... poor things been torched, hammered, bent, pulled, chained to a tree and cussed at the worst part of it(kinda) is i had to use some regular old hood pins to keep the nice clean straight hood i got from coupey, on. my hoodlatch assembly looks chewed up and spit out.its not too bad, i just hate hood pins. theyre f***ing gaudy.

B-Metts, yeah i've found them...personally after really checking them out for a while, im not too impressed with the quality and fitment of the raceoneusa pieces. after having a nice look at supermades' product, its gold and lead man, theyre s*** just doesnt compare.originally i just wanted to know about the bulbs, lights themselves. ive gotten a set of hellaFF75's in the mail today.if it ever stops raining, ill try and wire them up. and im going to use my old flip up housings, probably set them at a good height, tec-screw the f*** out of them and then put the covers on to hide the bolts. and ta-daa, permanent sleepy eye. (both my motors were f***'d anyway)

so this is what the car was lookin like after i pulled the hood off and kicked the hell out of the bumper and got it good enough to drive home.

this goes to show how far back the radiator and core support were pushed...and of course the fan ate the shroud...

and this would be after i got to her with the trusty torch, come along and BFH. oh and the ugly a** pins... havent wired lights yet, the popups are just flappin in the wind, i hammered the drivers out to look decent, up close it looks like utter crap tho

The Optilux 20/20 are imo the best fog/driving lamps ever!
