I dont know what they're called but the metal studs for lack of a better term I looks to me like its what keeps the window on track I guess the question is, What are they called , can they be replaced , where can i get them , how much are they and how do you replace them?????

Also do they make after market headlights for the 90-96 Q45???? i would like a set that have the clear lenses.

No aftermarket headlights, sorry. People have adapted left-hand-drive lights from Japan, but the beam pattern is backwards and blinds oncoming drivers - not always a good thing. Another poster has adapted BMW angel-eye lights, but the fit isn't all that great and requires some bodywork. People have also taken them apart and removed the plastic diffuser for a clear look and then polished the lenses. Not much available.

The reason why you don't want to do that is the glass lens is the beam focusing appartus on the G50.

WEAK!!! i really wanted to get some hid type lights like i saw in the owners thread i thought they would look good with out that lens hmmm prolly would be pretty bad with out the foucusing the light still gonna brain storm on this
