There's a site for fogs, order a left and right assembly from the front lamps category, you'd probably want a stalk (switch) as well so that you can turn these bad boys on. Look under the steering columb, switches category

Steering column, Shroud switches and levers, Combo switch, 2.5S w/auto headlamps.

Chose the 2nd one, w/ fog lamps.

Those 3 things should give you your OEM fog lights package.

Not too sure about that one. I think that if you're not pre-wired you just have to wire them up, run some wire from the proper plug in the fuse box to the lights and get the proper connections/plugs. Someone with some more knowledge can chime in here, i'm just assuming.

And yah those lights are damn pricey, but I don't know of anywhere else that sells OEM fogs. I want to buy those but can't, no shipping to Canada
