Hey everyone! New guy here with his first 240. Just bought me a 91 hatch, it's pretty clean, bone stock, no major dents an stuff just little dings here and there, it's in good condition body wise except that it don't run. :frown: well the previous owner said the timming had skipped but he got that fixed but it skipped again. So I'm just gonna get a new motor instead. So here's my question. Where can I still get a decent ca18det online from a company that I can trust? I have searched here and only seem to get threads from like last year and beyond so I don't know if they are still a reputable company. I'm looking to spend around 1300 for a complete swap shipped. Maybe a lil more if I have to. Thanks in advance for yur inputs.

Phase 2 and Enjuku offer motor swaps. Now they dont have the CA listed on their site, but you could call or email and see if they can get a CA off their supplier.

I have ordered from there before. $99.00 shipping. remember though, it is a CA, so even from a reputable seller you still need to replace standard maintenance parts and tear it down to make sure it doesn't need anything rebuilt due to wear/age.

Sweet! I'll keep that in mind.
Indomiekid1, I live in ak. Lol. 240's are like "rare" up here and everyones afraid to drive an FR for winter. Haha. But I'm just researching where has one right now and probably gonna buy in a few months. Or maybe buy one off a member here. :dblthumb:
