I broke the small plastic cylinder looking deal at the bottom of the shifter inside the transmission. Got one for a KA but they don't match up. Does anyone know where to find one?

Try contacting McKinney Motorsports, they probably have spares.

Got the same problem here. I used the stock KA bushing went to a local hardware store and used a small pvc pipe cap that snugly fit over the ka bushing and I grinded it down to fit. the cap cost me 23 cents. It worked bu the stock bushing I had broke so now it doesn't work at all. I bought a Z32 non turbo bushing I am going to find out if its interchangeable tomarrow.-Alex

Alex, on the 25 shifter, is the end of the shifter that goes into the shift fork of the transmission longer than the KA's? The transmission of Seans, the metal bushing had dropped into the transmission and gotten smashed, but we straightened it back out but it still pops out of the fork, sucks losing the abilty to shift while driving down the highway when it pops out.

The KA one is smaller, right? Someone sent me a shifter that had an aerosol can nozzle pushed on over the KA bushing. It fit perfectly... looked like it might've come off of a tire foam can.

RB25DET Shifter BushingOEM Nissan Part# 32861-01G00

call nissan and give them this part number. its like $2-$4 bucks. im 99% sure it will have to be ordered. 1-3 days. its for some kind of light nissan truck or a z31 i think the parts guy said. i got it and brought it home and popped it on the shifter. kind of a pain to get on but you just have to give it a good firm wack with a hammer and it goes on. i slightly greased it as well before popping it on just so it would go on easier.

LOL, i have a similar situation right now. Ever since I got my 240, I have been having problems with the shifter become stuck and hard to move. So I pull it apart and then drop it back in and it works. Well this last time, instead of getting stuck, it became super loose. I could move it in any direction, so I pulled it apart to see what happened. The white plastic bushing that goes at the tip of the bottom of the shifter came off. Well I took off the plate on the transmission, and the bushing had gone down into the transmission...Now I have to rip the transmission apart to find it. I will be doing this tomorrow I guess, and then lets hope it doesnt mess up anymore...
