Where can I get a high flow cat.

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Your local muffler shop. I paid like $275 for a hi flo cat and a custom exhaust about 3 years ago. The only thing left is the hi flo cat (exhaust basically fell apart, but thats ok, i got the HKS now :D ).

I had a kat but know I don't. My hot shot header raplaced it and at first i was unhappy but after i drove it, and herd the sound I was very happy. A KA motor sounds like a chopper with tall cams and no KAt. idling!

yes I noticed a big performance gain. the reason is because my collector is 2 1/2 inch that dumps into a expantion tube starts to stack up and gets squeezed into a 2 1/4 inch back pipe.

Random cats list at $189, and are a great addition to any car. I'd highly reccommend that everyone run a cat of some kind, I'd rather not have to live in a bubble by age 40.

Well for me it was 182 +20 for S&H but whos counting. It actually did dramatically drop most of my emissions except for CO at idle which was my undoing thoughout all the tests I took.

Yea, I have a Random Tech high-flow cat on my Maxima and it was well worth the $125 (used). Its also good to know that it helps keep the piping at 2.5". I recommend them for any import. Its the best flowing pipe available other than using a straight pipe. It own't hurt your car when emissions tests come around.
