Where can I get a "good" warranty on my 03 G35?

I bought it 2 weeks ago, but I am a bit concerned about the transmission, any reccomendations or places I can look?

Glad to help. If they don't work out for you, you can try an insurance agent as well. Most sell warranties and typically at about half the cost of getting one at a dealership.
