where can i get a good silvia in SO CAL

im looking to buy a gooood drift car.. and i really really want a silvia .(yes RHD) im just kinda curious as to where i would be able to get one, i know that there is a company that goes to japan and picks them out for you... but then i have to pay all the taxes and shipping extra... i was wondering if its possible to buy on here before i go thru all that

so yes... if anyone has silvia or even a good 240 for sale im looking hard! it would be awsome if i could get one for under 5000 with a swap already.. but im willing to spend up to 7500... engine work a must body work not so much... im gonna end up changing it anyway...

:rolleyes, Manne shut up. This has been discussed to death by me with a lot of other little kids who think breaking the law is ok.

This is a problem ANYWHERE IN THE US. These cars are not legal here and there's absolutely no point in buying it unless you just plan to have it sit in the garage and you trailer it everywhere to the track. Donny you can only realistically and legally buy a US 240 and do the swap/conversion. This is so much less of a hassle and it will keep you that much closer to legal in CA, even though you still will have an illegal motor.

Good luck finding a 240 with an engine swap already for under 5000. But if you find one, good job.

really think it would be that hard even with a stock ext and int?... or would i have a better chance finding a stock 240 and swapping itfor less?
