It's difficult to answer your post because of the criteria you have given - good but also cheap 'cat.' OEM 'cat' is expensive but last for a long time due to high level of noble metals (platinum, palladium & rhodium) needed to oxidize and reduce toxic combustion by-products into less harmful chemicals. Cheaper after-market 'cats' have lower amount of noble metals and typically last a few years.
