Where can i get a door lock actuator for a 05 g35 coupe?

Looks like I need a new door lock actuator for my driver side door. When I lock my door with my fob or inside with the door panel the driver side door lock just moves a little and doesn't fully engage.

My car is just out of warranty and I called the dealership and they want $220 for the part and 2 hours labor (it would cost me over $500).

I am thinking of doing this myself, but I can't find the part anywhere online.

Could someone help me out?

Welcome to NICO

Why not check with a few auto body shops? Perhaps they can purchase the part at a discount or even use one from a totaled G? They can probably get a discount on the part purchase & if they have a lower hourly labor rate perhaps you can save a little$$$?

If you are under 50k miles perhaps you can get the extended warranty?

also, check with riverside infiniti (california). They sell a lot of parts too

It does look like the actuator is bad

Can anyone tell me if this is the part that I need?

I am guessing by left they mean driver side?

Can anyone please confirm before I order this?

sounds like the right part

you can call and double check, but it should be good

Make sure you put your VIN # in when you order, as this will ensure proper part
