where can I get a CA??!!

Does any body know where I can get a good CA? I considered venus auto for awhile, but heard bad things about them. I'd rather pay more and get a good engine, than buy a cheap one and have it blow up in a month. Any help would be appreciated, been having a hard time finding anyone who carries them. Thanks
