awesome I was actually looking for bronze wheels anyway. also for the offsets, which one would be ideal for the s13 and what would be the ideal tire size for those.

if you ever have any plans to get the z brake upgrade, the +22s are the better bet

and as far as tires go, i havent mounted mine yet but im getting 225/50-16s, but i know people who have run 205s as well

Let me know how this goes, because I contacted Grant (or someone) at Tire Rack last year about Kosei K-1's and he told me they weren't doing those kind of 'deals' anymore (where they get in blanks and then drill them to 4x114 for us).

I'm also interested in getting bronze. So post back if they tell you anything good!!

I want some K-1's soooo bad. I'm kicking myself for not getting these wheels when they were cheap and available (before the custom machining).

I like the Team Dynamics wheels that Skydragoness found (I prefer the Pro Race 1), but I'd much rather have the Kosei wheels.

If TireRack can't accomodate what is obvious demand for these wheels, maybe someone else can get blanks and properly machine them.

Where is our new TireRack guy? We seem to be kind of in between representatives. Unless the price on the K1 have become utterly rediculous since they were last sold, I'm all over these wheels if someone can get them.

Edit: Why is it so damn hard to get nice, light 16" wheels for our cars? Arrrrrrrrrrrrgh!

just don't buy it from Takumi project in Chatsworth, they rip people off all day. my friend bought a set from them, one expensive, second tax on used rims? third one cracked a week after he put them on. later he found that it has been repaired.

buy from wheelchoice much better.
