where can i find that rubber piece that goes into the air box hose?

few days ago i removed my air box and filter so i can clean it out real good and i also removed that plastic hose that connects to the bottom plastic hose that gets air from outside and inside there was like rubber inside and that all came off when i was washing it im guessin it came off because it was really old so im wondering where can i get the rubber seal that goes inside the air intake hose?

see how theres a rubber piece at the end of the tube that goes around the outside of the end i need 2 of those:

Should be easy to fabricate that with something from the hardware store.Sticky back window seal comes to mind.
