Those seem to be new coilovers so there hasn't been any reviews on them. They come with a 1 year warranty so if the quality is that bad, it'll be sure to leak within a year. If you're just going to lower the car and not be using your car for track, these wouldn't be a bad idea. People will tell you to be a baller and buy yourself a set of $4000 coilovers, but what's the point if your car's never going to see the track.

I know, that's why I feel like I'm advertising for those guys. Hey, the truth is, most people just wants a decent drop and springs just aren't cutting it. Stance are a good option as that's what I have too, but not everyone wants to blow $1000.

I have Tanabe S-OC Type II's and i still paid $765. Maybe you should try a spring/shock combo. Like this for starters.....

Unless you find some used coilovers for that low of a price.

My S2"s were the first part I bought for my car I paid roughly 140.00 including shipping. Considering my 17 year old struts were blown before i even swaped the stockers they rode horrible as to be expected, which I paid slightly under 400.00 for. I purchased a set of agx's about 4 months ago and the ridesubstantialy better however with 17 inch tall wheels I still have about a 2 inch fender gap. so in all I paid 540.00 dollars(not all at once) for a not an incredible amount of drop but I must ay I am very pleased with the steering response not even on the stiffest setting.

I got a pair of used Cusco coilovers for $500. They were only tracked twice and are in great shape. Just looked for a dependable seller who is getting rid of theirs.

Good luck with that. I'm a firm believer that you pay for what you get. I spent $1400 on my last set of coils and that was about the average price at the time, 3+ years later they are still fine.

used in the classifieds or on eGay. new, quality coilovers aren't that cheap. New (as in brand), untested coilovers that may be quality probably are, but you'll have to find/test them.

i'm in agreeance with slappy. tanabe sustec pro something or another are the way to go if your budget is really near that amount. i've seen em new go for 679 shipped so you won't get any closer to that besides tein basics.

super hicas models don't require a special model. the s13 models are universal for any s13 body.

those Godspeed coilovers are just like everyother Koren made coilovers (megan,ksport,d2,nex,etc) they are pretty much re badged megans.

huh, its funny me and greeneyes were just having a conversation about this last night. most people are content with megan or even k sport , only because they are gongi from their stock suspension that is most likely warn out. compared to 17 years of abuse ksports might feel great but compared to other coilovers that cost a little more and are backed by a good company, they just dotn stack up most of the time. of course im looking at this from the standpoint of tracking a car or even spirited driving. if u just want a drop pretty much any of em will fit the bill, but dont expect them to last under harsh handling. my vote goes for pbm (just dont snatch em up before mrgreeneyes gets his, hes likely to become enraged if that happens again )

Shoot your foot now, or shoot it later, your decision. You need another $400 to get something good, just wait, or don't I'll be laughing whithin a year when they blow.
