I know of a place in Amherst, OH that specializes in repairing them. I think if you google them, they have a website and you can probably order what you need. I have a set with my nintendo, but I was selling it with all the games and console.

Its funny everyone is selling them and im trying to get mine working again.

I just got the urge a few days ago to break out the nintendo. but i remembered that the reason it wasnt already connected because those cords frayed long ago.

My friends dog chewed through my s cable o my X-Box one time. I hate dogs. Why couldnt the son of a ***** chew through the power cord while it was plugged in. Then I wouldnt have been pissed.

Actually, the Gamecube uses the same RF modulator for Coax setups that the NES did. So you should still be able to buy one anywhere that sells the consoles and/or accessories.

For non coax, just buy a set of standard RCAs. The NES has RCA outs on the right side (you can see them in the pic you posted).

And you should be able to find the A/C adapter at radio shack (as much as I hate that place) or the Walls Mart. The NES should list the voltages, etc so you know what one to buy.

Coax is normal "cable" cable. The "screw in" kind of cable.

Non-coax could mean anything but the above, but I was referring to "RCA" (the red, yellow, and white cables that modern consoles and most DVD players use). RCA is probably the easiest way to go, since you can find those cables almost anywhere for cheap. Of course, your TV will need RCA inputs as well. Almost every TV does, but not all. I have a fairly new one that doesn't (POS GE), so make sure you check first.

Otherwise. This is the RF modulator I was referring to for coax setups:

You won't need the small black device as it's an adapter for the GameCube, but the grey device is the exact same RF modulator that came with the original NES.

Don't give up yet. Radio Suck is usually WAY overpriced. Case in point, motorola phone charger at radio shack: $50. Motorola phone charger at walmart: $8.50. They only sell special fancy shack brand stuff that's way marked up. You can probably find a replacement elsewhere for ~$12 (That's the last price I payed for a "universal" A/C adapter there).

Im lame, and didnt get a chance to play it yesterday, instead i went to a friends house and decimated them in Disney Monopoly, by the end of the game i had over $12,000.

and whats even lamer is that im probably going home tonight, on a friday night, and playing these video games from the mid 1980's.
