Hey guys, I am located in Canada and I have been looking for a decent quality manifold for my KA24DE-T project. Well, so far I have come across two sites which sells ka-t manifolds that seem good but however, they seem kind of pricey and I am looking for something that has quality but is a little cheaper.

http://www.phatka-t.com/s13manifold.htm PHAT KA-T $749

http://www.import-autoperforma....html $599 (Seems pretty decent too)

However, I have seen that most people are using the Rev-hard Manifold, I checked rev-hard.com but I did not see any prices and they only seem to sell the revhard manifold for a 94-99 KA24DE and mine is a 1992 but I think it should still fit. (Will it?) Anyways, my goal is to have around 200rwhp and I'm looking to spend around $1600 Canadian or maybe something under $2000 in the end. I would really appreciate if you guys could help me out! Thanks!

IAP is one of our sponsors. They give you a discount on the mani. But being your in Canada I don't know how much it will affect the shipping charge. YOu can get a JGS mani and have some weld it for you.Yea 91+ mani for the ka24de are the same.so Revhard would work.Just do some searches on people build.$2000 budget but only 200ish rwhp. That shouldn't be a problem.I'll let some other chime in.Going to need some bigger injectors and fuel pump and FMU/SAFC. You have someone up there to make intercooler piping?

Hey thanks man, but is the site for JGS..http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/index2.html ? So that would mean that I would buy all the small pieces and then get someone to weld it for me? And about intercooler piping, I don't have anyone that can make intercooler piping but i'm sure that can be found out easily. Anyways, do you happen to know how much a rev hard manifold costs brand new? Thanks!

I, too, am shopping for parts as well. I took a look at the site you referenced regarding the custom manifold. I, personally, would settle for a prefab'd manifold (i.e. revhard, iap, etc.) I am saving my bux for the PhatKA-T manifold (mani). It's a bit pricey but looks to be well worth the investment.

Wanna how much power you plan on making? Ivan makes top of the line products and he has proven it.But Bird is only looking for 200rwhp which is easily acheived with any mani.Only at higher HP will you see # difference. As long as you don't get boost creep any mani will work for your setup.

What's your budget and do you have any parts for a turbo setup already?

Budget has not been defined at this moment. Maybe looking at around 2500-3000. I am currently researching parts and accessories.
