The valvebody can be removed without removing the trans.
I'm assuming the clip is for a wiring harness, but I wouldn't sweat that right now.
I'm not sure I understand your last post: "I know some you dont because coolant flows thru it" ???
Coolant doesn't flow thru the trans - the ATF flows thru the radiator, though. You shouldn't need to disconnect any of those lines, since the VB is inside the pan.
Gonna be honest here, I don't know your level of expertise, but swapping a VB on a modern auto trans isn't a cakewalk. Hate to see you get it gutted and then be stuck.
