where can i find a ca longblock??

i wanna piece together my ca project in sections staring with the motor and transmission. where can i find a long block and transmission for a good price?? i dont want the clip cus i dont plan on using anything it comes with, i wanna replace the oil pump, belts, gaskets, etc etc with new pieces, so i just want a long block and transmission bascially..........any ideas???

umm im woild like one that runs actually, meanin not siezed. im just sayin i want a motor and transmission thats not attached to a clip with all the 12-13 year old wiring, pumps, gaskets, belts etc etc if someone has a spare ca motor or transmission please hit me on aim at slowass13 or email at [email protected]....it has to turn over at least....thank u

hey niswerks...

you're in Baltimore? You think you know what kind of timeframe you're in to order a motor? I'm in Delaware and I will be ordering the motor sometime this summer... so if you want to go in for parts and save on shipping give me a buzz. I'm not ready to start the work on it yet (My wallet is on a diet) but I will be buying a front clip sometime in the near future for my 200sx.

sorry im uneducated on the art of motor shopping, i guess im lookin for a "motor set". anyway where can find a "motor set" ???? who u ordering from udel?? do they have "motor sets"??? if i can grab a "motor set" for around 500 or so i should be able to get one within a month. i have 500 bucks ready for a motor and transmission, someone hook me up with a "motor set"......

lol funny nathan....i just didnt understand why they were tellin me to look at countries for a motor??? why dont i call up moffo in the Uk for a damn motor or transmission, i though one of u guys would have a spare one or something..........

motor sets are upwards 1500$ , keep saving 500 will buy you a stripped down block and head thats about it !

they ya go thats what im lookin for, i just want the block and head and a transmission, i dont want nuttin outside of the engine, stripped down is cool, like i said i wanted to buy thngs in sections, startin with the motor and transmission, so does anyone haev a motor or transmission or what???
