I just purchased these clear corner light bulbs off eBay, and was wondering where I could purchase bulb to put in them. I just bought a 6000k Diamond White HID headlight kit and 3000k Yellow Fog Light kit. I love in Tennessee, so I am not sure if the turn signal bulb matters on what color it is here.

Those are the clear corners

Use 7443 bulbs with amber coating on the exterior.

Sure, but they may not be bright enough as turn signal lights nor illuminate the housing completely. I would find a bulb which uses SMD LEDs in a 360 degree configuration. If you decide to use LEDs, you will need to swap the flasher unit with an electronic one since the stock one will think a bulb is dead due to low current draw by the LEDs.

Sorry for all the questions, but where can I purchase stuff like this? I am not very familiar with all the things you're talking about. You can consider me a car "noob"

An electronic flasher unit can be purchased from Advance Auto Parts and other parts stores.

eBay LEDs are really hit-or-miss. If you really want to upgrade exterior bulbs to LEDs, I would use bulbs from SuperBrightLEDs. They have great bulbs, but they are on the expensive side.

The flasher unit is what makes the turn signals blink. A traditional one will flash very quickly if it does not detect the current of a bulb, telling you that the bulb is dead. This will happen with LED bulbs because they draw so little current compared to incandescent bulbs. An electronic flasher is used with LED bulbs to avoid that phenomenon.

I assume you're referring to these 18 SMD LED tower bulbs. They should be adequate for turn signal / running light use. I have the 45 SMD tower bulbs in my side brake lights and they work great.

Ah ok, well is there a cheaper route? My car is a 2000 with 165k miles on it, so i dont want to sink a ton of money into it lol..especially as a college student.

Yeah, just find some normal incandescent 7443 amber bulbs at a parts store.
