Where Can I Buy This Body Kit

I'm looking to buy a new body kit but I can't seem to find the one I like. I would like something similar to either of these photos.

Which is from someone's banner that may/may not be on this forum (I've already sent PM).

After extensive shopping around, the closest thing I can find is the M-Sport body kit which is still much different than these two.
Anyone know where I can find these (more specifically the bumpers), or are they more than likely custom/modified body kits?
