Where can I buy just a CA transmission? My syncro 1st to 2nd is shot...

Where could i get ahold of a good transmission?

I am needing one pretty bad because my 2nd gear is starting to go.Or could i replace the parts?

i have heard a KA transmission works is that true?

Yup, just swap bellhousings like the chap above me said. The gearing in the ka transmission is the same except for 5th which is taller.

I broke 2 of my CA trannys launching with slicks after 2 track days each swapped the KA on on (internals looked weaker) Has been launched on slicks at so many track days plus drifted and still held up so in my experience the KA is alot stronger

no ca power, but in my s13 i have a transmission with probably over 200k on it no grind or nothing takes 3rd gear clucth kicks like a champ been drifting this transmission 2 years. welded diff and all it sees alot of s***....

honestly dont think theres much difference between the ca/ka/sr but the ka is easy to come round

could always rebuild it, im sending mine out in a week i hope to get rebuilt. I like my 5th gear.
